Hastings News
THANK YOU!

In this final Bulletin of the year we'd like to repeat our message of thanks to all the wonderful Hastings grown ups that have volunteered this year. To give any amount of time or money while also caring for young children is incredibly generous. We are so grateful for our volunteer community.

A huge Hastings thank you to all that have volunteered at lunch time! Thank you for making the Green Team possible and helping our children keep literally tons of food waste out of the incinerators!

Thank you to those that supported Mrs Rich and our students in the Hastings library.  Your work in checking books in and out, shelving and tidying books is greatly appreciated and ensures the smooth running of the library.

Thank you to all our room parents!  Great room parents make a big difference to the class community so thank you to the many Hastings grownups that have supported their child's class and teacher this year.

A big Hastings Hero THANK YOU goes to all the wonderful Hastings grown ups that have been part of the PTO Board this year.  You all generously gave your time and enthusiasm to create a calendar of events and activities that let the Hastings school spirit shine. From Arts Night and Big Back Yard to Science Fair and Square 1 Art and everything in between.

Our final thank yous go to the small team of grown ups that make up the Executive Committee.  The behind the scenes work by this dedicated group of parents ensures the smooth and compliant running of the PTO.

And last but not least a huge thank you to our Principal Mr Christopher Wai who has fully supported the PTO. We are grateful for the wonderful community you are building here at Hastings.

With gratitude,

Sarah Thomas (outgoing Hasting PTO Co-President) and Emma Harding (returning Hasting PTO Co-President)
