Arts Created Together (ACT) is an important enrichment program made up of parents and staff which focuses on ways to enhance the educational programs at Hastings through arts experiences. Together we work to bring musicians, authors, artists and other enrichment programs to the students. This can take the form of a school wide activity or field trip or a grade based program.
We are SEEKING TWO VOLUNTEERS (Co-Chairs) who will liaise with the school Principal and/or teachers to remind and encourage them to plan ACT programs. You may be asked to assist them in booking groups. You will also be the point person for payments, working with the Treasures to ensure invoices for ACT programing reach the treasures for payment. Your VP and PTO Co-Presidents are also there to support you.
