Arts Night is a collaboration between the Hastings PTO and our wonderful Art Teachers. This is a free community event in which families can view some of the amazing artwork your children have been creating in their art classes. There will be artwork from each child on display, arts and crafts activities, a special collaborative project for all to participate in, and more.
We are SEEKING TWO VOLUNTEERS (Co-Chairs) who will work alongside the Art Teachers to plan and execute this beloved event. The PTO Secretary will assist you in event logistics; booking the space, ordering tables etc. You will plan out the art and craft activities for the evening and assist the Art Teacher as and when needed. You will recruit volunteers to help with prep, man the craft tables during the night and help with clean up. A simple Hastings Sign Up Genius form is typically very successful at recruiting the help you will need. You will work with the treasures to purchase items that you need for the evening’s activities. Your VP and PTO Co-Presidents are also there to support you.
