Hastings Weekly Bulletin – Article Submission Form

Submissions are due by 12pm on Mondays in order to appear in the bulletin on Wednesday. Use the form below to submit entries.

Guidelines:

• Entries will be published in the bulletin only once.
• For new program participation, entries will be published once at the start and once more at final call.
• Grade-specific entries will be directed to room parent chairs.
• Text may be edited for length and grammar.
• Include the day of the week and date (as a number only) in the “Date” field only. Please follow the format in the example below.
• Include the time, including minutes, in the “Time” field only. (See example below)
• Include location of your event under the “Location” field only.
• No attachments will be accepted, including PDFs, images, etc.

NOTE: Bulletin articles will automatically be reviewed by the web team and added to the website, as appropriate. If you require specific updates to the website, please email website@hastings-pto.org
